A couple things though. For one, excellent detailing on the hair, but the strand colors seem very inconsistent and unrealistic. Some strands are very bright, while strands right beside them can be neutral or rather dark. Near as I can tell, you decided on the direction the hair shimmers by drawing the shimmering strands individually. Next time, try drawing every strand as a neutral color, then locking the transparent pixels and shading/shining with the dodge/burn tools. Remember that an individual strand isn't the same color all the way through - some parts shine, while parts further from the light source do not. Using dodge/burn to dictate the light source would make replicating this much easier.

Secondly, her eye looks somewhat pixelated, like you drew it too small and enlarged it. Considering this is a print, you'd be better off taking the time to just redo it the right size. Or, draw it much bigger than you need, and shrink it down. You'll lose no quality and you'll get just the right size you need.

Aside from that, like I said, beautiful. Anatomy is spot on, coloring is great, and the background is crisp and detailed without being distracting. Awesome picture.
